Our Multi-Point Inspection Process:

When a vehicle arrives at our dealership, it doesn't go straight to the lot. First, it goes to our service bay, where our experienced technicians perform a comprehensive evaluation covering:

  • Engine Performance: Compression testing, fluid analysis, timing inspection, and diagnostic scanning for any fault codes or pending issues
  • Transmission Function: Road testing under various conditions, fluid inspection, shift quality assessment, and torque converter evaluation
  • Brake System: Pad and rotor measurement, brake line inspection, master cylinder testing, and ABS system verification
  • Suspension and Steering: Ball joint inspection, tie rod assessment, shock and strut evaluation, alignment verification, and bushing condition check
  • Electrical Systems: Battery load testing, alternator output verification, starter draw testing, and complete lighting system inspection
  • Cooling System: Pressure testing, thermostat verification, water pump inspection, and coolant condition analysis
  • Safety Features: Airbag system scanning, seatbelt inspection, and all safety-related component verification

Vehicles that don't meet our standards don't make it to the lot. We wholesale approximately 30% of the vehicles we acquire because they don't pass our inspection criteria. This means more work for us—but better vehicles for you.

Our Reconditioning Process:

Vehicles that pass our initial inspection then move to reconditioning. This isn't a quick detail and a prayer. It's a thorough process that addresses:

  • Mechanical repairs identified during inspection
  • Fluid services (oil, transmission, coolant, brake fluid, power steering)
  • Filter replacements (air, cabin, fuel as needed)
  • Belt and hose assessment and replacement when necessary
  • Tire evaluation and replacement if tread depth is insufficient
  • Brake service if measurements indicate wear approaching service limits
  • Interior deep cleaning and sanitization
  • Exterior detail and paint correction as needed

We invest an average of $800-1,500 in reconditioning per vehicle before it reaches our lot. This investment means our vehicles cost us more—but it means they're worth more to you.

Transparency About Vehicle History and Condition

We believe you deserve to know exactly what you're buying. That's why we provide:

  • Vehicle History Reports: Every vehicle comes with a complete Carfax or AutoCheck report, available before you even visit the lot
  • Inspection Results: We'll share what our technicians found during the inspection process—the good and the areas we addressed
  • Honest Condition Assessments: We don't describe a vehicle with 140,000 miles as "like new." We tell you what it is: a well-maintained vehicle with appropriate wear for its age and mileage
  • Pre-Purchase Inspection Welcome: Want to have your own mechanic look at the vehicle before you buy? We encourage it. We'll even recommend independent shops if you don't have one

We specialize in vehicles that represent the best value in their category: typically 5-10 years old, ranging from 80,000 to 150,000 miles, priced under $15,000. These aren't brand-new vehicles, and we don't pretend they are. What they are is carefully selected, thoroughly inspected, properly reconditioned, and fairly priced transportation that will serve your family reliably.

What's Not Included (And We'll Tell You Upfront):

  • Tax, title, and license (state-mandated, varies by customer)

We don't advertise artificially low prices and then add fees at the end. We don't play "what's your payment" games to obscure the actual price. The out-the-door number we quote is the out-the-door number you'll pay, and we'll break down every component so you understand exactly where your money goes.
